Small Business Advice Week 2017
Small Business Advice Week (SBAW) is a week long campaign focused on guiding SMEs on maximising their potential. At Search Scientist we’ve helped many businesses to grow, and have recently been shortlisted by Google among the leading digital agencies in EMEA at Growing Businesses Online. We’ve also mentored start ups and very small businesses through local Councils – we know both how difficult and how exciting it can be. In it’s 14th year, we were delighted to be selected by Digital DNA to provide advice for SBAW.
When a business first approaches us and is interested in investing in marketing online, the first thing we do is think about their target audience and where they sit among competitors. Particularly when a user is searching for a particular product or service online, what the advertiser can provide is compared instantly against competitors and to win over others they need to be stronger. The brief piece of advice from our MD Louise is as follows.
