Digital Marketing Executive
Ash worked in digital marketing roles for 3 years before joining Search Scientist (in early 2015). In that time he particularly focused on e-commerce websites from a range of B2C and B2C businesses. His specific aim is to increase online sales through a mix of optimising user experience, attracting relevant traffic and producing a solid conversion rate. He has a BSc (Hons) degree in Marketing, is fully Google Ads Certified and also graduated from Google’s Squared Online Programme.
Ash’s approach to any work has focused on using online analytics to create the best ROI for any website. Ash uses data to identify trends, customer behaviour and where your website is ‘leaking’ cash. As the saying goes “You can have data without information, but you cannot have information without data.”
Outside of work, Ash enjoys going to the gym a few times a week and loves travelling abroad to experience new cultures and perspectives on life. He is also a keen supporter of Sunderland F.C, Armagh football team and Belfast Giants.
