On Friday 25th April, Search Scientist proudly celebrated 4 years in business. We all know a birthday isn’t a proper birthday without beer and cake so a special thanks to Kathryn for our lovely Search Scientist cake and to Louise for supplying the beers!
After a busy online marketing filled morning, and with the team fuelled, it was time to go on our mystery away day. Louise kept it a mystery right up until we pushed open the door to our afternoon activity! When we got there we weren’t disappointed though.
We were all locked inside a warehouse filled with clues and it was our mission to figure out the codes to escape the room! A bit like Crystal Maze. We were sworn to secrecy not to give away any more than that, but we’d strongly recommend www.escape3d.com for a fun day out.
Here is a wee picture of us after a really enjoyable afternoon (though Eoin wasn’t able to join us until later). It didn’t stop there either, we continued on for more food and drink and an evening’s craic.
Some of you might recognise a new face or two in this photo, that’s because things have been going from strength to strength for Search Scientist and 2014 has been a fantastic year with two new scientists joining the team.
Meet Barry our SEO Specialist
Barry found his early calling in webdesign before turning his hand to SEO, of which he now has more than 5 years of experience and is noted as one of the best SEOs in Northern Ireland.
With Barry’s SEO skills on board and Louise’s AdWords expertise in higher demand than ever we needed an assistant, at which point Stephen joined us.
Meet Stephen our Online Marketing Assistant
Stephen joined the Search Scientist team to pursue his passion for all things social and search.
Coming in with a degree in Marketing and a Diploma in Digital Marketing, he is budding with enthusiasm and is proving to be a great asset to the team.
Although, he’s yet to make anyone a cup of coffee!
We are delighted to have both Barry and Stephen on board and they are proving to be great additions to the Search Scientist team, Keep up the good work guys!
